Types of analysis of validation studies in nursing: scoping review

Objective. To identify and map the types of analysis in nursing validation studies.
 Methods. This is a scoping review with collection carried out July 2020. The following data extraction indicators were considered: year publication, country origin, type study, level evidence, scientific references for analyses. Data collected bases: U.S. National Library Medicine, Cumulative Index to Nursing Allied Health Literature, SCOPUS, COCHRANE, Web Science, PSYCHINFO, Latin American Caribbean Literature Sciences, CAPES Theses Dissertation Portal, Education Resources Information Center, Australia's Trobe, Academic Archive Online, DART-Europe E-Theses Electronic Online Service, Open Access Scientific Repository Portugal, ETD Canada, dissertations from America.
 Results. sample consisted 881 studies, predominance articles (841; 95.5%), prevalence publications 2019 (152;17.2%), Brazilian origin (377; 42.8%), methodological study (352; 39.9%).
